3.) Complete the automation Quick start setup guide (~30 min or less!)

4.) Upload the contacts/leads you want to manage

5.) Start your automation!

1.) Click here to create your account with pre-built trade show automation

  • This page will open in a seperate tab so you can refer back to this page for instructions if needed.
  • Make sure to upload your logo and company slogan.



2.) Set up your billing info

  • Go to Settings -> Account -> Subscription -> Upgrade
  • Our pricing is transparent and listed here!



3.) Complete the automation Quick start setup guide (~30 min or less!)




4.) Upload the contacts/leads you want to manage

  • When you are ready to import contacts into your NitroFlow system, switch to the group to "Import Data to this group" to import the contacts into (the group name that is listed in the group dropdown on the top-left hand side of your account) and in the top navigation go to Contacts > Import. In the import tab, choose from several ways to import your contacts (File Upload, Text, CSV). Directions for each method are listed below.

  • Special Notes:

    - You cannot upload a contact into the system with a blank email address field. However, if you need to import a contact for whom you have no email address available, you can import their information by adding ###@noemail.com in their email address field (where ### is a unique number of your choosing for each contact).

    - When the "Duplicate Handling" is set to "Merge Contact information, preferring details in this file", and the "ContactID" field or any other user field is left empty is input into the header row of the spreadsheet file, the report will input automatically input the ContactID or any field that is recognized in the pre-existing contact record will be filled in for the report. This will appear for the downloadable report file.



5.) Start your automation!

  • Watch the video for instrucitons, or:
  • Select the Group you want to run automation on
  • Select automation - journeys
  • Load the tradeshow email journey
  • Click "start group on journey"
  • Done!
