NitroFlow LLC (“NitroFlow,” “we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy covers data collected through our marketing site, CRM, and the NitroFlow Command Layer.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information processed through NitroFlow’s websites, CRM, and command-layer software (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you consent to these practices.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & contact data: name, email, phone, company, role, authentication identifiers.
  • Usage data: log files, IP address, device/browser info, clickstream data, cookies, and telemetry.
  • Customer Content: business information, notes, tasks, and files you upload or sync from other systems.
  • Support data: emails, tickets, chat transcripts, and call notes.
  • Billing data: limited payment metadata (full payment details are handled by our payment processors).

3. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, personalization, analytics, and security. You can adjust browser settings to block cookies, but some features may not work. We do not use cookies to sell or rent personal information.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and secure the Services (including hosting on Vultr servers).
  • Configure integrations, territory playbooks, and CRM companion mode.
  • Respond to support and sales inquiries.
  • Send operational and marketing communications (opt-out any time).
  • Analyze usage to improve reliability and performance.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce agreements.

5. No Data Selling

NitroFlow does not sell or rent personal information.

6. Sharing & Disclosure

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, support, payment) under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorized users within your organization per your settings.
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale.
  • Government or legal authorities when required by law.

We may share aggregated or de-identified data for analytics.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal information as long as needed to deliver the Services or as required by law. Customer Content may be deleted at any time due to maintenance, incidents, or termination. NitroFlow is not a system of record—maintain independent backups. You may request deletion of your data; we will comply unless legally prohibited.

8. Security & Breach Notification

We employ administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring). No system is perfectly secure. By using the Services, you acknowledge that security incidents or breaches may occur. If we discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you without undue delay and share remediation steps. NitroFlow is not liable for damages resulting from such incidents except as required by law.

9. International Transfers

Data is primarily stored in the United States (and Canada where applicable). If you access the Services from other regions, data may be transferred internationally.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@nitroflow.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

11. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Please review it periodically.
